How to find user id who imported TR in a system(Quality or production)?

Hi

I need to find the user ID who imported TR in quality or production and use it in an abap program.

The abap program will be in development only.

I tried the function module "TR_READ_GLOBAL_INFO_OF_REQUEST", but it gives the import date & time only, and not user id who imported the tr.

Kindly help.
