Re: Email Triggering on FD32 when Customer Credit limit exceeds

Hi

 

I would agree with the responses above, there is no need for the workflow; just an enhancement would do and calls to CL_BCS class methods can help sending the emails.

 

However, I have the following doubt/question:

 

Credit Limits are maintained in FD32.....but "how" would these exceed? That is, will the user update some values in FD32 or there are specific credit transactions which will post "some" entries for credit which are to be checked against Credit Limit (maintained in FD32) ?

 

I have limited understanding of Customer Credit Management; the only reason for asking the above is that if the credit amounts are not incremented via FD32, chances are less that enhancement in FD32 area will help sending the email.
