Hi Deepak,

 

When you create the configuration Voice of Customer for the text you can specify which is the langu

 

CREATE FULLTEXT INDEX <name of the index> ON <table name> (<column on which text analysis>) LANGUAGE COLUMN <language column in the table> CONFIGURATION 'EXTRACTION_CORE_VOICEOFCUSTOMER' ASYNC LANGUAGE DETECTION ('EN', 'DE', 'FR', 'ES','ZH') PHRASE INDEX RATIO 0.000000 FUZZY SEARCH

 

Currently HANA can only identify 5 languages which are listed as above. HANA has the language dictionaries with all the set of entities and the sentiment words using which the analysis is drawn out. It is possible to extend these dictionaries(only languages supported).
