Basic TM PCR Question

Hello SAP experts,    

I need for the balance of a certain time type to be reset at the start of each month. So I need an operation to check for the last day of the month.

Noting that:

• This time type is defined in table T555A as follows and yet balance is transferred between period because of the coming point.

• This is the PCR used to transfer the balance of this time type from day to day and this is what causes the balance not to be set to zero at the beginning of each month, despite of the way this time type is defined.

what I need is to add condition to this PCR checking the last day of the month. (So provide me with this operation).

Your help would be highly appreciated.
