Dear Ulrike Klandt.
If you want to display the Histogram(or Inspection Trace Chart) on the certification,
you can consider about this as below;
1) Currently, If your system just only use SAP standard reporting tool(Smart form..) and you want
to display this Inspection result to the predefined Correspondence(template, not ALV format)
such as PDF, WORD and so on, you must use the another Reporting Tool(Add-on).
2) But currently, If your Quality Certification display by using ALV or List Grid, you can apply the
Histogram(or Inspection Trace Chart) to the ALV report.
But maybe your certificate template applied to the SAP smart-form, so, you must consider another
reporting tool. for your information ..refer to my sample screen as below.
