Is EhP 3 of CRM released in-rump?

I did'tfind anyarticle about it but in support portal there area few notes (from April onwards) that seem

canalso be applyto CRM7.0Ehp3 and referto the version713of thecomponent BBPCRM.

Some of these notes refer also to ERP EhP7.

someone hasinformation about it?
