In my system i have checked that FULL_IMPL_TABLE is public.( SAP_ABA SAPKA74006 )
Recently any upgrade or any note implemented ?
I tried to find OSS notes but not able to find relevant one ? Try to find OSS notes or raise support ticket to SAP
