Also, when you say the performance is terrible, are you able to say whether it is database related, or they can't even open up a window that has no database calls related to it?
I assumed you meant database related performance - but if they can't even start the app up without it being really slow, then maybe it is related to their antivirus or something similar. Did they install the app on the network and are running it from there?
