See, as you have understood that, you can't enter the both amount in MIRO-Credit memo, so you have to think it differently.
Ask vendor for Invoice of 100 amount and credit memo for 200 amount as you have issued two POs to vendor. (It will be appropriate business process)
You can write one invoice and one credit memo number in the paper (which has given by vendor)
It will adjusted at the time of payment.
