add custom field in Bid Creation screen

hi,

I followed all steps mentioned on this link - http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/SRM++Meta+Data+Frame+Work+%28MDF%29+Configuration

Define Customer Fields on Header Level

Configure Generic Field Display on User Interface

Configure Control for fields on Header Level

but I cannot see my field on Bid Creation screen. We are having NWBC 4.0 as SRM frontend. SRM version is 7.0

I followed the simple steps given here, anything additional is required ?
