Can you connect (or ask basis/super-admin if you are not allowed) to http://service.sap.com/sscr and look for "My Company's Registrations" looking for object R3TR TOBJ J_1BATL2V V for your release. (Not sure, but you could also look via SE16N at table ADIRACCESS)
Of course also look via SE03 at transport request with this object.
