Dear Dirk,
Thank you for the reply.
After testing various scenarios I found some interesting observations which I would like to share with you.
I tested in development and quality system, this scenario is prevailing with other students also. It looks as student has lost its appraisal booking, because on display of details of the bad open assessment process the message pops up saying no assessment exists for the student, though appraisal ID has been created. This is mainly happening because the assessment loses its higher level object relation (sm).
The interesting thing is when I checked in the table PIQDBAGR_APPR there were two duplicate records for one module booking id. For all students who had bad assessment there were two records. One of the duplicate records being inconsistent for all bad assessments (having appraisal id but no relation record). But in system for one module booking id only one appraisal id should be there. I found the reason why the system is behaving inconsistent but still one thing is not clear
how and when does assessment of the student losses its higher level object and id and becomes a bad open assessment.
regarding your questions
- we don't have any BADI implemented for this process
- the module booking traffic light icon and status all show normal display like other students.
- I did not understand the process -jump>>assign module booking?? please provide details.
