Is it possible to create more than one substitution rule to the same person?
I need to delegate my workitems of approval of purchase requests and purchase orders. I created two rules profiles, but when I'm creating in ESS the second substitution rule, the system gives the error "System does not support multiple tasks assignment for the same nominee".
Is the only option create a unique profile (for example Z_PR_OR) with these two different tasks (Z_OR and Z_PR)?
