Just as an FYI, we have found other issues and BSI working on them at the moment:
1. We found all Local Michigan taxes (MI**) are not withheld even with an entry in V_T5U9X_COUWH: BSI released bulletin 25 to fix the issue.
2. We found "NY02 New York City Tax" not being withheld (strangely all other local NY taxes worked): BSI will release fix on June 21st
3. We are still facing issues with default reciprocities between States (e.g. EE living in OH, working in PA). BSI 9.0 withholds SIT for OH and Local Income Tax for PA, but no SIT for PA. BSI 10 withholds SIT for PA and Local Income Tax for PA, but no SIT for PA. We found a work around by setting up all reciprocities in T5UTRC, but this was not necessary in BSI 9.0. If anybody has different ideas, please share them.
