Intermittent DB Connectivity Issue

Hi All,

 

One of our Crystal Reports has been throwing intermittent DB connectivity error - "The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect". The weird part is it gets resolved on its own after a while. Since its intermittent, we are not able to reproduce the same and hence unable to debug it.

 

The DB configurations have been set in the CMC. Our platform is clustered and all of them have the exact same TNS entries. We even tried adding the TNS entries to WebApp servers.

 

Environment Details : BI 4.0 SP9

All clients are in the same version & patch level.

Also, if it matters, WinAD SSO is enabled and the report is mostly used via an OpenDoc link.

 

Any ideas on how to approach this problem?
